Advice begins with the decision.
The legal question is not always the real problem. Matters often turn on control, capital, timing, reputation or the future of a business relationship. wolves law therefore clarifies the objective, facts and available leverage first. Only then is the right structure, contract, negotiation or proceeding developed.

Personally led.
Matters are led by German-qualified lawyer Naim Heydarinami. Strategy, communication and accountability remain in one hand. Where foreign law or additional specialist disciplines are required, selected law firms and advisers are brought in deliberately. Coordination remains with wolves law.

Naim Heydarinami
Naim Heydarinami focuses on corporate law and commercial and distribution matters. His practice also covers stock corporation and capital markets law, international business law, intellectual property and competition, and the conduct of commercial disputes. He combines precise legal analysis with an entrepreneur's perspective on risk, timing, liquidity, negotiation and execution.
He studied law at the University of Hamburg and completed his legal traineeship in the district of the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court, including placements with the Hamburg administration and international business law firms. He has practised as a German-qualified lawyer since 2014.
He began his legal career at a mid-sized business law firm, where he worked for several years in banking and capital markets, real estate, international business law, and commercial and corporate law. Drawing on his language skills and market knowledge, he founded and led the firm's Middle East Desk.
Naim Heydarinami subsequently joined an international law firm, working on corporate matters, M&A transactions and commercial disputes. He later practised at another renowned business law firm, focusing primarily on corporate and general commercial law.
Alongside his legal practice, he has first-hand entrepreneurial experience in automotive, healthcare, renewable energy, and consumer goods and services. This experience informs advice that goes beyond legal classification and tests each option for commercial resilience and practical execution.
Since 2026, Naim Heydarinami has led wolves law as an independent business-law firm in Hamburg. Matters are led personally; selected law firms and specialist advisers are brought in for cross-border or interdisciplinary questions while strategic coordination remains in one hand.
